Annual Business Meeting of the Peace Center is Saturday, February 20

6-8 p.m.

The annual business meeting of the Peace Center will take place at 6833 Stanley Avenue in Berwyn on Saturday, February 20 from 6-8 p.m. We are having an Italian potluck dinner. The Center will provide lasagne -- please bring a dish/salad/dessert to share. The meeting agenda is:

1. WELCOME AND OPENING PRAYER
2. FINANCIAL REPORT AS OF 12/31/2009
3. MISSION AND VISION FOR THE COMING YEAR
4. ELECTIONS FOR THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES

We are looking to add two new seats to the Board of Trustees. If you are a member, you are welcome to run for a seat on the Board. You will be asked to give a brief presentation as to why you would like this responsibility. Interested parties should call the Peace Center for more information on what Trustee responsibilities entail. There is still time to become a member if you have not already done so and want to run for a position on the Board of Trustees. After the business meeting there will be a brief separate meeting for those interested in volunteering at The Peace Center.
